Abi joined the Crew & Concierge team in July 2024 as an Administrator & Junior Galley Recruiter. With a background in Dog Grooming, which she pursued through an apprenticeship, Abi discovered her passion for administrative work and made the decision to pivot to a new career path. This transition marked the beginning of her journey in the galley department, where she has already established meaningful relationships with both candidates and clients—a key aspect of her role that she truly values.
Despite the industry being completely new to her when she first joined Crew & Concierge, Abi has embraced every learning opportunity with enthusiasm. She has developed a solid skill set and gained valuable industry knowledge that continues to shape her professional growth. Her confidence, both in her career and personally, has grown immensely, allowing her to contribute to the team's success in meaningful ways.
Outside of her professional life, Abi enjoys going to the gym, travelling, and spending quality time with her family and friends, as well as her beloved Border Collie, Fly. Abi also played netball from the age of 11, and this is something that she plans to go back to in the future!
With her dedication, drive, and warm personality, Abi continues to make a positive impact within Crew & Concierge, and she looks forward to the opportunities that lie ahead in both her personal and professional life.
