I’m Yasmin, a Deck Resourcer at Crew & Concierge, supporting the Deck department by identifying strong candidates and building relationships across the industry. I focus on understanding each candidate’s strengths and motivations to ensure the right fit for both crew and clients.
Originally born in São Paulo, Brazil, and raised in the French Alps between France and Switzerland, I grew up in a truly international environment. This background shaped my adaptability, cultural awareness, and ability to connect easily with people from different backgrounds.
I studied Sociology and Politics at Bath Spa University, where I developed a strong interest in how people think, communicate, and build relationships. Recruitment felt like a natural next step, allowing me to combine my interest in people with a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
Although early in my recruitment career, I bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to the team. I am committed to developing my expertise within the yachting sector and supporting the continued growth of the Deck department.
Fluent in French, Portuguese, Spanish, and English, I’m able to communicate confidently with candidates and clients across multiple markets.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new places, spending time outdoors, and staying active.
