Administrator
We are seeking a motivated Administrator who wants to work as part of a growing team. You will work with our Recruiters, assisting with all administration tasks such as filing documents, email follow ups and chasing new business leads for our growing database. Full training will be given along with a competitive salary and opportunities for progression. The role will be full-time and based at our office in Keynsham, Bristol.
Candidate Resourcer
We are seeking a Candidate Resourcer to provide administrative support to our Recruiters. Your aim is to gain new business leads and attract new candidates to the Yachting industry. As a small business, the work you do really does help make a difference, and eventually, we hope you will be able to take on your own desk within the company. Senior Recruiter
You will work closely with the other consultants in the office, building your own network of clients, candidates, and bringing fresh people to our industry. We are looking for someone who is motivated, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and preferably has a background in sales. It is vital for you to be able to establish good relationships as you will be responsible for maintaining large amounts of information, writing an overview of the candidate, and presenting them to the client. If you are someone that thrives in a constantly expanding, energetic team then this is the perfect position for you. Full training will be given on our in-house systems and our working processes. This role will be full-time and based in our office in Keynsham, Bristol.
Shore-Based Recruiter
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to help source
candidates for our new shore-based division. You will be working on
behalf of clients all over the world to help fill a variety of technical roles for crew who would like to transition to onshore positions. Ideally
you will have previously worked as a Recruiter and have a proven track
record of finding suitable candidates over a range of platforms. Full
training will be given along with a competitive salary and
opportunities for progression and commission. The role will be full-time
and based at our office in Keynsham, Bristol.
