Now, we're looking for an experienced, people-driven professional to step in and lead it into its next exciting chapter.


The Role

This is a unique opportunity to take the reins of a thriving recruitment department within a respected agency. The Head of Interior Recruitment will manage and grow an already large and successful division, nurturing long-standing industry relationships while continuing to attract new clients and top talent.


Once you’ve settled into the role, you'll have the opportunity to bring in and mentor a junior team member, working side-by-side to deliver the highest levels of service and drive growth together.

In addition to leading the Interior Department, there is also scope to be involved with our sister company, Personal Staffing Ltd, which recruits private household and estate staff. This gives the right candidate the chance to expand their influence across both the yachting and luxury lifestyle sectors.


Key Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day running of the Interior Recruitment Department.

Maintain and nurture long-standing client and candidate relationships.

Source and support interior crew at all levels, from green stews to experienced pursers and heads of department.

Attend yacht shows, industry networking events, and client visits to represent Crew and Concierge.

Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth and successful placements.

Identify new business opportunities and talent pipelines.

Onboard and mentor a junior team member once settled in role.

Stay current on yachting standards, trends, and certification pathways.

Option to support placements and strategy within Personal Staffing Ltd.


What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust.

Experience within the yachting industry, luxury hospitality, or recruitment (interior yacht experience is a big plus).

Experience dealing with UHNWIs (Ultra High Net-Worth Individuals) is highly desirable.

Someone with the confidence to step into a fast-paced, high-volume environment and make it their own.

Highly organised, proactive, and people-first in your approach

Comfortable taking ownership while also working as part of a close-knit team.

A passion for excellence, with an eye for spotting talent and matching it to client needs.

Willing to travel for yacht shows, networking events, and client visits.


Desirable (but not essential)

Previous yacht crew experience in interior roles (e.g. Chief Stew, Purser).

Knowledge of recruitment processes and high-end service standards.

Experience in private staffing or luxury hospitality settings.

Mentorship or leadership experience.

Strong relationship-building skills are essential, this type of recruitment can absolutely be taught, but the ability to connect with people, build trust, and maintain long-term relationships is what truly drives success in this role.

Junior Interior Recruitment Consultant - Superyacht Division

Our Interior Department is the largest and most established area of our business, built on strong relationships and industry expertise. We are now looking for a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our Interior Division and support the Head of Interior in delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into the world of luxury recruitment, yachting, or high-end hospitality, especially if you’re organised, personable, and excited to build a long-term career in a fast-paced and relationship-driven environment.


The Role

You’ll work directly alongside our Head of Interior, learning the ins and outs of recruitment while supporting day-to-day operations. From speaking with candidates and maintaining records to helping source placements and attending events, your role will be varied, people-focused, and hands-on.

You’ll also be responsible for managing a niche area of recruitment: interior crew with specialist skills such as massage therapists, hairdressers, spa professionals, and beauty experts. This gives you a valuable space to grow your own candidate base and become a trusted point of contact in that corner of the industry.

This position comes with full training and the chance to grow quickly within the company, including the opportunity to take on your own candidate pool and placements as your confidence builds.



Key Responsibilities

Support the Head of Interior in managing recruitment processes.

Communicate with Interior yacht crew, helping guide them through the registration and placement journey.

Assist in sourcing new candidates for open roles.

Take ownership of candidates with specialist interior skills such as massage therapy, hairdressing, spa, and beauty.

Maintain accurate candidate records and database entries.

Help coordinate interviews and follow-ups with clients and candidates.

Contribute to relationship-building with clients, crew, and industry partners.

Attend yacht shows, networking events, and crew gatherings as a brand representative.

Stay up to date on trends, roles, and standards in yachting and luxury service.


What We’re Looking For

A people-person with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in others.

A confident and professional manner, comfortable speaking with high-end clients and crew alike.

Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and grow within the recruitment and yachting space.

A team player who enjoys collaboration but can also take initiative.

Interest or experience in yachting, luxury hospitality, recruitment, or personal staffing is a bonus.

Comfortable with occasional travel to industry events and shows.


Desirable (but not essential)

Previous experience working on yachts, in high-end service, or in a client-facing role.

Background in admin, sales, hospitality, or HR.

Understanding of the yachting industry and/or interior crew structure.

A natural relationship builder, recruitment can be taught, but trust and empathy are key.
