Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to assist the team with organising and inputting data on our growing database of clients and candidates. You will need to be organised with great attention to detail. Initially this would be a temporary position but could be made permanent or full-time for the right candidate. Full training will be provided and you will be working from our office in Keynsham, Bristol.

Resourcer

We are seeking a Resourcer to join the thriving Galley team. You will provide administrative support to the Galley department with the aim of gaining new business leads and attracting new chefs to the yachting industry. As a small business the work you do really does help make a difference and eventually we hope you will be able to take on your own desk within the department. Full training will be given along with a competitive salary and opportunities for progression. The role will be full-time and based at our office in Keynsham, Bristol.

Resourcer

We are seeking a Resourcer to join the already established Engineering team. You will provide administrative support to the Engineering department with the aim of gaining new business leads and attracting new engineers to the yachting industry. Office Junior/Apprentice

We are looking for an Apprentice or Office Junior to work within our Keynsham office. The position will give you an insight into a busy office environment and provide you with the skills needed to excel in an admin-based role. You will need to be well organised and have excellent written and verbal English. This is a full-time role with opportunities for progression and a permanent position for the right candidate - full training will be provided along with a competitive salary.

Marketing Manager

We are looking for someone with a background in marketing and social media to join our growing team. The successful candidate will manage the marketing strategy for Crew & Concierge as well as assist with the launch of our new land-based division. You will be responsible for campaign building, content creation, monitoring data analytics and making sure all marketing material is in line with our brand identities. You will manage a small team and eventually help to recruit more team members as the department grows. The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a similar position and have excellent written and verbal English. The role is full-time and based at our office in Keynsham, Bristol.

Senior Recruiter

You will work closely with the consultants in the office,  building your own network of new clients, new candidates, and bringing fresh people to our industry. We are looking for someone who is motivated, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and preferably has a background in sales. You will be responsible for maintaining large amounts of information, writing an overview of the candidate, and presenting them to the client. If you are someone that thrives in a constantly expanding, energetic team then this is the perfect position for you. Full training will be given on our in-house systems and our working processes. It is vital for you to be able to establish good relationships.

Senior Recruiter (Business development)

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to help source candidates for our new shore-based division. You will be working on behalf of UHNW clients all over the world to help fill a variety of roles from Housekeepers and Chauffeurs to PAs and Estate Managers. Ideally you will have previously worked as a Recruiter and have a proven track record of finding suitable candidates over a range of platforms. Full training will be given along with a competitive salary and opportunities for progression and commission. The role will be full-time and based at our office in Keynsham, Bristol.
