Cook/Stewardess - CC7107 - 30m Sailing Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Cook/Stew who is in a couple for a well-run, busy, private 30m Sailing Yacht.
You will join the vessel in Palma before crossing to the Caribbean in the next few weeks, and there are plans to cruise North Atlantic Ocean for the summer of 2025. As the Cook/Stew, you will be responsible for all interior duties as well as cooking for a crew of 4 and the owners, who are a couple. Most of the time it will be just two guests, but occasionally more from time to time, they are quite easygoing and enjoy lots of healthy food.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. The candidate will need to have a partner who is an Engineer or a Deckhand/Mate, creating a cohesive team. Previous sailing experience would be essential for both you and your partner. The vessel runs with 4 crew and there is room for progression within the programme over the next year.
This is a great, easygoing program with the opportunity for you to gain some great longevity and work alongside a good crew.

Chief Stewardess - CC7103 - 50m Motor Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
We are on the hunt for a Chief Stewardess to join a 50m Motor Yacht. You must hold your B1B2 to be able to apply.
This is a private and charter dual-season yacht based between the Caribbean/States for the winter and the Mediterranean for the summer. As the Chief Stew, you will be leading a team of 2 girls who rotate so someone who is a confident leader is key. Experience on similar sized vessels as Chief Stew is a bonus although this position would also suit someone who has been a Second or Senior Stewardess onboard a bigger vessel and is looking to step down in size in order to step up in position. We are looking for someone who is a strong leader and has high standards in service. The crew are brilliant, a real tight-knit team with great longevity so someone who is looking for this is essential.

Lead Stewardess - CC7102
Role & Responsibilities
Our sister Company Personal Staffing is on the search for a chalet host in a wonderful chalet in Switzerland. The role will be that of a Chief/Lead Stewardess. Duties will be the same as a “Yacht” Chief Stewardess although the usage is much lighter with a few busy periods during the festive season and weekend visits.
This position will require someone who is confident working alone and can manage their own time, you will have other staff in the chalet to assist with cooking, driving etc but all 'interior' duties will be your responsibility.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys skiing and is looking for a work-life balance.

Captain - CC7100 - 25.00m Sailing Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
The deck department at Crew and Concierge is currently seeking a Captain for a 25m sailing yacht, paired with a Cook/Stew/Mate position (ref: CC7099).
This private vessel operates dual seasons, spending winters in the US Virgin Islands, with summer 2025 plans yet to be confirmed. The Captain must hold a minimum qualification of Yachtmaster Ocean and possess a strong engineering background. You will be fully responsible for the vessel, leading a crew of 2-3 over the winter and up to 3 in the summer. We are looking for an experienced sailor with several years aboard similar-sized sailing yachts, plus a solid understanding of general and preventative maintenance, along with confidence in handling mechanical and electronic systems.

Crew and Concierge are seeking a Chef/Mate/Stew to join a charming 25m sailing vessel.
This is a couples position, with a Captain role (ref: CC7100). You will join the privately-owned yacht in the States, before heading towards the USVI's for the winter, with summer 2025 plans yet to be confirmed. As Chef, you’ll cater for 2-3 crew members and up to 8 guests. The owners enjoy fresh, simple cuisine with family-style service, alongside occasional dinner parties requiring finer dining. They prefer healthy, lean ingredients with a focus on fresh provisioning and cooking. As Mate/Stew, your role includes supporting the Captain on deck with sailing operations and maintenance, as well as managing interior duties. Chief Officer - CC7097 - 50m Motor Yacht

We’re seeking a Chief Officer to join a 55m motor yacht, offering a 2:2 rotation. The position starts in early January 2025, and we’re looking for a hands-on candidate, as this is a private vessel with frequent owner use. The vessel will be cruising the Mediterranean for the summer season and based in the South of France for the winter. During the off-season, the owners may come and go periodically. The ideal candidate will be willing to work closely with the deck team of two and be ready to lend a hand on deck as needed. Strong time management and organisational skills are essential, along with confidence in administrative tasks. The yacht has a chase boat that follows closely, so excellent communication skills are a must. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who already holds a Chief Mate’s ticket, but we’re open to candidates who are working towards this qualification. Chief Stewardess - CC7095 - 70m Motor Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for an Experienced Chief Stewardess to join a wonderful 70m+ Motor Yacht. The boat is a busy private and charter vessel offering a 2:2 rotation. To be successful in this position, you must have strong service skills; especially silver service as you will be in charge of the owner's service solely. You must be an extremely confident team leader, have great organisational skills, and a calm presence. This role will suit someone who has previous experience on a 60m+ as a Chief Stewardess and is looking for their next challenge. The interior runs with a team of 7 and who have all been with the programme for a nice amount of time so leading by example is key in this role. The vessel has some good longevity within the crew so it's important that you join the yacht with the same mindset.

Chase Boat Captain - CC7093 - 12m Sailing Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Captain to operate a 38ft High-Performance Chase Boat which shadows a 35m Sailing Yacht. You will be joining the boat in Italy to prepare it for the winter season where you will be in the Caribbean. Previous large tender driving experience is a must and the ability to self manage will be key. You will need to have strong maintenance skills. You also will need to keep the tender in immaculate condition throughout the season. The boat is only a couple of years old and has high standards. Basic engineering would be a huge bonus as well, you'll have assistance from the mothership but being self-sufficient is ideal. If you have an engineering license to go with this such as your AEC, this will be looked upon favourably.
We would prefer if someone has their Powerboat level 2 and a day skipper or equivalent. This is a great role for someone who enjoys working independently, is motivated and enjoys a challenge. The vessel has a dual season itinerary so if you have your B1B2 in hand this is a bonus although for the right candidate, the vessel can assist.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Chief Stewardess to join a Private 40m Classic Motor Yacht. This vessel is based between the Caribbean and the East Coast of the US. As the Chief Stewardess, you will be responsible for managing the interior operations of the yacht, overseeing another stewardess, and ensuring that all aspects of guest services meet the highest standards. Your leadership and attention to detail will play a key role in creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere for the guests. You will ideally need to have your B1/B2 but for the right candidate, the vessel will assist you in getting on.

Rotational Chief Engineer position on a 50m Sailing Yacht. This is a busy private and charter vessel that is extremely well looked after. You MUST have your Y3 or equivalent in hand to be considered. This is a time for time rotational role ideally with an immediate start date but we can be flexible for the right candidate. The role is perfect for someone who has been working as a Chief Engineer and previously able to manage their own department. You must be a confident sailor to be considered as this vessel takes part in some racing and regattas too. The itinerary is dual season with plans to head further afield in the future too.

Sous Chef - CC7070 - 50m Motor Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
Crew and Concierge are currently looking for a Sous Chef to join a great 55m Motor Yacht that is currently based in Spain.
It is a busy private shadow vessel that travels in convoy with their Sailing Yacht. You will be based on the Motor Yacht, however, you will also work on the Sailing Yacht to help out with big dinner parties and events when there are a large number of guests. As the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for cooking for up to 20 crew and helping out with the guest food - there is also a Crew Chef within programme. The owners love pizza so you will need to be confident with this as well as be familiar in a range of cuisines and dietary requirements.

Laundry Steward/ess - CC7036 - 50m Motor Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
We are currently on the search for a fantastic Laundry Steward/ess to join a 50m Motor Yacht. This is a busy private vessel. This is a shadow vessel and runs with a Chief Stewardess, Second Stewardess, yourself and a Crew Chef/Stewardess. The boat will be based in Spain for this winter so there is plenty of time to really get involved in a range of duties and small projects whilst working alongside the team. This is a shadow boat, so it will always travel in convoy with the other vessel. As the Laundry Steward/ess, you will be in charge of managing all of the laundry onboard for both guests and crew. In total, you will be doing laundry for up to to 14 crew and 8 guests. We are looking for a candidate who is proficient in laundry, with a comprehensive understanding of different cleaning detergents and laundering equipment as well as knowledge of different textiles and their appropriate care instructions. This is a perfect position for someone who is looking for growth and progression as the boat has some exciting plans in the near future.

Sole Chef - CC7034 - 25m Motor Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
Crew and Concierge are looking for a Sole Chef to join a 30m Motor Yacht. This is a private vessel and we are looking for someone to join by the end of September at the latest. The vessel is in the yard until the first week of October before a 2-week boss trip around Newport. They then have 2 boss trips planned around Christmas time and Easter time in the Caribbean before crossing to the Med for summer 2025. As the Sole Chef, you will be responsible for cooking for a crew of 4 as well as 4 guests the majority of the time. You will also be responsible for all of the menu planning and provisioning as well as the galley maintenance. We are looking for someone who enjoys cooking light and healthy meals and there are no dietary requirements. Please note that the ideal candidate will have their B1B2 visa in hand.
