Role & Responsibilities
Crew & Concierge are currently searching for a confident Deck/Stew to join a day charter company for the summer of 2025. The company has 2 small vessels: a 12m Sailing Catamaran and a 12m Motor Yacht, both of which you will work on. Please note that to be considered for this role, you will need to have accommodation in the capital of Portugal.
As the Deck/Stew, you will be predominantly interior focused, specifically in service. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is able to communicate well with guests. You will be expected to be confident in service as well as be comfortable with making a variety of cocktails when requested by guests. Alongside this, you will also be solely responsible for the upkeep of the interior, as well as helping the Captain with docking operations. The vessels run with two crew in total- yourself and the Captain- so we are searching for a true all-rounder with ideally some sailing experience.

Exciting Opportunity for a Sailing Couple!
A fantastic position has become available for a Captain and Chef/Mate/Stewardess couple aboard a 25m sailing yacht. Primarily a private vessel with occasional charters, this is a great chance for a couple to take full responsibility for running their own yacht.
The role begins in March in Europe, just ahead of the summer season. The yacht will cruise the Mediterranean for both private and charter trips before heading to the Caribbean for the winter. There is also a possibility of continuing to the United States, though this is yet to be confirmed.
During private use, the yacht typically operates with a crew of two, with an additional crew member joining for charter trips to provide extra support.
As Captain, you will oversee all aspects of the yacht’s operation, requiring a strong sailing background and experience on similar-sized vessels. A Yachtmaster Offshore (Commercially Endorsed) or Yachtmaster Ocean qualification, along with AEC1 and AEC2, is essential. While we ideally seek an experienced Captain, we are also open to a First Mate looking to step up into their first command.

In regards to the cooking, you will be solely responsible for the culinary operations onboard, catering for up to 8 guests. You will also be required to be an all-rounder in the sense that you will be responsible for the whole of the interior and will also be required to help out on deck. Role & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Lead Stewardess to join a lovely 40m Sailing Yacht.
This is a heavily used, private vessel with wonderful owners and a brilliant Captain. The vessel is currently in Spain, which is their homeport, which is where you will join them. The boat will then cruise around the Balearics and Greece for the summer before returning back to Spain in October. In February 2026, you will head to the Caribbean for a short two-month season. The position is to start around Mid to end of March. To be successful in this role, we are looking for an all-rounder, someone who is able to manage the interior predominately alone and maintain a high level of standards. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience as a Sole/Second/Lead Stewardess on a similar-sized vessel and have a friendly, bubbly personality. You will be working as part of a crew of 6 and running the interior with a Deck/Stewardess. All the crew are super active and like to keep fit and be out in the water diving.

Crew & Concierge are URGENTLY seeking a Second Officer for a 65m Motor Yacht.
This private, dual-season vessel is currently in the Caribbean, with two more trips before crossing back to the Mediterranean for the summer season. In winter 2025, the yacht will return to the Caribbean. Primarily used by a family with visiting friends, the owners are passionate about watersports.
As Second Officer, you will be part of a deck team of six, working closely with the Chief Officer and overseeing the Bosun, Lead Deckhand, and two Deckhands. Crew and Concierge are currently looking for a Sous Chef to join a great 55m Motor Yacht that is currently based in Spain.
It is a busy private shadow vessel that travels in convoy with their Sailing Yacht. You will be based on the Motor Yacht, however, you will also work on the Sailing Yacht to help out with big dinner parties and events when there are a large number of guests. As the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for cooking for up to 20 crew and helping out with the guest food - there is also a Crew Chef within the programme. Laundry Steward/ess - CC7222 - 50m Motor Yacht
Role & Responsibilities
We are currently on the search for a fantastic Laundry Steward/ess to join a 50m Motor Yacht. This is a busy private vessel. This is a shadow vessel and runs with a Chief Stewardess, Second Stewardess and yourself. The boat will be based in Spain for this winter so there is plenty of time to really get involved in a range of duties and small projects whilst working alongside the team. This is a shadow boat, so it will always travel in convoy with the other vessel. As the Laundry Steward/ess, you will be in charge of managing all of the laundry onboard for both guests and crew. In total, you will be doing laundry for up to 14 crew and 8 guests. We are looking for a candidate who is proficient in laundry, with a comprehensive understanding of different cleaning detergents and laundering equipment as well as knowledge of different textiles and their appropriate care instructions. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ex-yachtie to join a wonderful family in London in a permanent, land-based role as a Housekeeper.
This position involves working across multiple properties within Central London, alongside a housekeeping team of seven, all of whom have backgrounds in yachting. Candidates must be fit, active, and hold a valid, clean driving licence. Prior experience working for UHNWIs is essential, along with a strong understanding of the high standards expected in a large family household.
Responsibilities include cleaning and preparing guest rooms, laundering clothes and linens, maintaining housekeeping supplies, welcoming and assisting guests, managing wardrobes, and occasionally running errands. You may also be asked to assist with shopping or support chefs during service.
We are looking for a well-presented, detail-oriented individual with a positive attitude and excellent organisational skills. This role offers room for growth as the household team continues to expand.
The schedule involves weekends on rotation, working 12-hour shifts, with 4 days on and 3 days off. You will receive 32 days of holiday per year (excluding bank holidays) and time off in lieu.

We are looking for a Captain/Engineer based in the States to join a 20m+ Motor Yacht!
The yacht is privately operated and follows a dual-season schedule. During the summer, it cruises the Bahamas on extended trips with the owners and their guests. In the winter, the yacht is lightly used and remains based in Fort Lauderdale. For the Captain role, a Yachtmaster Ocean qualification is required, alongside a solid engineering background. The Deck Department is looking for a Captain to join a 12m Motor Yacht for the summer season on a temporary contract. The yacht will be used mainly for day charters throughout the summer, although there may occasionally be overnight trips as it has 2 cabins onboard. The vessel will primarily be cruising around Ibiza.
This is a solo Captain position, though a Deckhand may be brought on if required. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as Captain on a similar vessel, along with a Yachtmaster Offshore qualification. A solid engineering background is also essential to ensure the smooth operation of the yacht's systems.

Role & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Sole Engineer to join a beautiful new 40m Sailing Yacht.
This is a busy private single-season vessel. The necessary qualifications would be AEC1&2 in hand, although anything extra is a bonus! You will need to have a good engineering background and knowledge of diesel engines as well as being confident in working with different systems onboard. They are a new build, so we are looking for someone who wants to be involved ahead of the launch and delivery and hopefully gain some good longevity.
You will also need to have sailing experience as the vessel runs with a crew of 6 so although you will be Engineering focused, you will need to be a team player and be able to help out where needed. We have an exciting position for a Rotational Chief Stewardess to join a 75m+ Newly Built Motor Yacht. The vessel is private at the moment but planning to operate commercially next summer. This is going to be a busy role where you will be working in rotation with an outstanding Chief Stewardess who has been with the program since it was built. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking for a new challenge. You will be in charge of an interior team of 8 who are split in departments. As you leader, you must be hands on, lead by example and be happy to teach and train. The vessel will be in the yard going through warranty work this winter with plans for a Mediterranean season next summer.
The ideal candidate will have previous build experience but if you have been working on a 70m Motor Yacht as Chief Stewardess or Interior Manager for a substantial amount of time and are looking for your next opportunity, you will be considered.
