You should be confident on deck, with strong practical and maintenance skills, fully competent in all standard deckhand duties. Experience with watersports equipment, toys, and guest interaction is essential, as the vessel offers a full watersports programme.

We are seeking a Chief Officer to join a 70m motor yacht equipped with a helipad and large tenders. We are currently looking for an Bosun to join a 90m motor yacht. This is a dual-season, private and charter vessel on a permanent contract.
The vessel is currently in the shipyard for the winter season however they will be cruising the Mediterranean for the summer of 2026. You will also complete a handover with the current Bosun.

We are ideally looking an experience Bosun, however we would cosider a Lead Deckhand who is ready to step into the Bosun role and has experience working on larger vessels. The Engineering department  experienced AV/IT Specialist to join an 80m dual-season motor yacht that operates primarily as a private vessel, with a small amount of charters each season. The yacht cruises in the Caribbean for the winter before returning to the Mediterranean for Summer 2026, with potential plans to travel further afield for Winter 2026.

As the AV/IT Specialist, you will be responsible for the smooth operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of all onboard audiovisual, entertainment, communication, and network systems, ensuring seamless functionality for both guests and crew at all times. This includes managing VSAT, Starlink, onboard networks, WiFi infrastructure, TV and streaming systems, cinema setups, server rooms, and guest-area AV equipment, as well as supporting bridge electronics where required. You will work closely with the Chief Engineer and Second Engineer, assisting the engineering department when necessary and maintaining clear technical documentation and system logs.

As the sole engineer onboard, you will be responsible for all engineering and maintenance across the vessel, ensuring smooth and safe operation at all times. The vessel is heavily sailed, so this role would best suit someone with previous sailing yacht experience and a genuine passion for sailing. We are looking for an experienced and confident Second Officer who has previously worked in a similar role on a yacht of comparable size, ideally with both private and charter experience. The position offers a varied workload, split roughly 50/50 between bridge and deck duties. You should be someone who enjoys time on the bridge but is equally happy to get hands-on with deck operations.

Ideally, the successful candidate will come on board in November in the UK. With a two-person interior team, the ideal candidate is self-reliant, skilled, and comfortable handling a busy, fast-moving environment.

All Stewardesses - this one is for you!!

We are on the lookout for an experienced Stewardess with between 1-2 seasons of experience behind them. You will be joining a 70m+ Motor Yacht that operates both privately and has charter usage. You will jump on board to cruise the States for Winter with Summer plans to be confirmed. You will work within an interior team of 7, where any extra skills, like being tech-savvy or great with kids, would definitely be an advantage!

A B1B2 visa is essential.

States for Winter

We are currently looking for a Service Stewardess to join a private estate in Palma. This estate is located 20 minutes away from the centre, so it is essential that you drive. This is a 30-hour-a-week position that requires you to be part of their rota/schedule. You will be required to work at least one weekend a month, too. This role is very much service-focused with little to no housekeeping involved. As the Service Stewardess, you will be responsible for setting the table and creating napkin folds and flower arrangements. There will be lots of dinners and events throughout the year, so someone who is able to keep up with the fast pace is essential. Yacht experience is preferred for this role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to transition to land and be based in Palma. You will be working on a Spanish working contract, so applicants need to be legally able to work in Spain. Sadly, UK passports without residency cannot be accepted.
You will also need to have accommodation in Palma as this is a LIVE OUT ROLE.
