An exciting opportunity has just opened up on a 55m+ motor yacht! This dual-season private/charter vessel spends summers cruising the Mediterranean and winters in the Caribbean. The yacht is well known for its excellent crew culture and strong track record in crew retention, making this a fantastic chance to secure long-term stability on board.
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Chief Officer to join a dynamic deck team of five. Working closely with the Second Officer, you’ll lead the deck crew, oversee daily operations, and ensure the vessel is maintained to the highest standard while upholding all safety protocols.
Candidates must hold a CM 3000 (minimum) ticket and bring solid tender driving, watersports, and deck maintenance skills. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a permanent Chief Officer on a 50m+ yacht, ideally with exposure to ISM, ISPS, and MLC, and be ready to step into a bigger challenge or a rotational structure. We are also open to candidates with three or more years’ experience as a 2nd Officer on 60m+ yachts who feel prepared to step up, provided they have strong references and a proven track record.

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and personable Family Assistant/House Manager to join a warm and informal household. As the Family PA moves further into the principals’ business, this role will take on increased responsibility for family administration, household coordination, and property management. Household Management & Administration
Maintain the family diary, ensuring all appointments and commitments are scheduled and communicated.
Eventually organise and manage all family administration, including: Car tax, MOTs, insurance renewals, breakdown cover. Household and personal insurances. Maintenance contracts and contractor schedules. Household bills and service arrangements.
We would like someone to book and coordinate family appointments: Doctors, dentists, medical specialists. Hair, beauty, grooming. Restaurants, events, and entertainment. Oversee post, deliveries, and returns.
Manage household purchases (clothing, gifts, toiletries, crockery, etc.).
Staff coordination: manage rotas, annual leave, and assist with recruitment/training.
Housekeeping Oversight, ensure all areas of the home are tidy, organised, and presented to a high standard. Wardrobe management for principals, including packing and unpacking. Arrange and supervise deep cleans when family are away. Stock control of housekeeping products. Liaise with external maintenance contractors (cleaners, upholsterers, window cleaners, etc.).
Childcare Support
• Carry out school runs (approx. twice weekly).
• Provide occasional Saturday childcare (parents are present and involved).
• Support with homework when nanny is away or even just play the odd board game, the children even get the Chef playing!

• Drop off/pick up from after-school clubs and activities.

House Management Duties
• Assist the chef when dinner parties exceed (6+ guests), including table set-up.

• Manage the second property in Norfolk: liaise with local staff, oversee set-up/pack down, and prepare for family visits. (Approx. 3–4 stays per year).

We are currently looking for a Service Stewardess to join a private estate in Palma. This estate is located 20 minutes away from the centre, so it is essential that you drive. This is a 30-hour-a-week position that requires you to be part of their rota/schedule. You will be required to work at least one weekend a month, too. This role is very much service-focused with little to no housekeeping involved. As the Service Stewardess, you will be responsible for setting the table and creating napkin folds and flower arrangements. There will be lots of dinners and events throughout the year, so someone who is able to keep up with the fast pace is essential. Yacht experience is preferred for this role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to transition to land and be based in Palma. You will be working on a Spanish working contract, so applicants need to be legally able to work in Spain. Sadly, UK passports without residency cannot be accepted.
