Crew & Concierge is looking for a Deckhand to join a 55m+ Motor Yacht on a temporary contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent. The vessel operates as both private and charter, with a strong emphasis on charter. It follows a dual-season program, cruising the Mediterranean for summer, and if the role becomes permanent, heading to the Caribbean and U.S. for winter.
To be considered, you must hold either a Yacht Rating or Yachtmaster qualification. We are seeking someone with a minimum of three seasons’ experience in guest operations and ideally looking to step into a Lead Deckhand role if the position extends permanently. Domestic Housekeeper - CC7344
Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced former yachtie to join a wonderful family in London in a permanent, land-based position as a Housekeeper.
This role involves working across multiple properties in Central London, alongside a team of seven housekeeping staff, all with backgrounds in yachting. Applicants must be fit, active, and hold a valid, clean driving licence. Previous experience working for UHNWIs is essential, as well as a strong understanding of the high standards required in a large family household.
Key responsibilities include cleaning and preparing guest rooms, laundering clothes and linens, maintaining housekeeping supplies, welcoming and assisting guests, managing wardrobes, and occasionally running errands. You may also be asked to assist with shopping or support chefs during service.
We are seeking a well-presented, detail-oriented individual with a positive attitude and excellent organisational skills. This role offers room for growth as the household team continues to expand.
The schedule will involve rotating weekends, with 12-hour shifts on a 4-day on, 3-day off rotation. You will receive 32 days of holiday per year (excluding bank holidays) and time off in lieu.
Candidates must live within a commutable distance of Central London, be comfortable with dogs, and be ready for a land-based role. You must also have the right to live and work in the UK.

We are looking for a rotational Sole Engineer for a lovely 45m Sailing Yacht. You MUST have your Y3 or SV Chief in hand OR be very close to achieving this to be considered for this position. This is a time-for-time rotational role with a start date around 5th of June. The role is perfect for someone who has been working as a Chief Engineer and previously able to manage their own department, although we would consider someone coming from bigger vessels. This role requires someone who is hands on and good with fault-finding and creative fixes. A confident sailor would be a huge bonus but not essential, although you must be happy with working onboard a sailing vessel. All of the crew are into their watersports, hiking, and diving so it's essential you share the same interests. The itinerary is dual season with plans to head further afield in 2026. Are you a Deck/Stew looking for a busy seasonal role? We are looking for a Deck/Stew to join a 25m power catamaran that is currently in the Caribbean. We are looking for someone who is available to join the vessel on the 1st of April, and this will be a seasonal contract until mid-August. There are only three trips but they are going to be pretty intense. The first one will be most likely 2 weeks, the second around 25 days, and 3rd will be one month long. This role requires you to be confident with all duties in the interior: housekeeping, laundry and service. We are currently looking for a Sole Engineer who is happy to assist out on Deck with a Y4 in hand. This is a busy 35m Motor Yacht that is currently charter, although, after this summer season, they will be changing to private. This is an exciting opportunity, as from October 2025, you will go on time for time rotation. There are around 8 weeks of charter already booked for the summer season. This role requires you to be able to work independently onboard a busy vessel, and given you will also be helping out on deck, we need a self-starter and someone who is motivated. We are seeking an experienced and confident Sole Stewardess to join a 35m private and charter sailing yacht. This is a hands-on role where you will take full responsibility for the interior, ensuring high standards of service and guest experience. Are You a Captain & Chef/Stew Couple?
Crew & Concierge are seeking an experienced Captain/Engineer & Chef/Stew couple to join a 23m performance sailing yacht. This vessel operates both privately and for charter, with an even 50/50 split, averaging around 16 weeks of usage per year.
For the summer season, the yacht will cruise the Mediterranean before a brief yard period, followed by a crossing to the Caribbean for the winter. The owners are passionate sailors and avid racers, so we are looking for a well-practised crew who are true sailors at heart.
Running with just a crew of two, we need a hands-on couple who are adaptable all-rounders, and willing to step in across departments when needed. To be considered, you must have at least two years of experience as a Captain on a similar-sized vessel, ideally with charter experience.
The Captain must hold a commercially endorsed Yachtmaster Ocean as a minimum and, ideally, AEC certification with a strong electrical engineering background. A keen interest in watersports is a plus, as the yacht carries a selection of toys onboard.

As the Deckhand/Dive Master, you will handle standard deck duties while also taking full responsibility for maintaining all diving equipment and organising dive itineraries for guests. We are looking for a confident and experienced diver with a Dive Master or Dive Instructor certification and at least two full seasons of yachting experience, ideally on a 50m+ motor yacht. The deck team consists of nine crew members, including the Officers. While other deck crew members also hold diving qualifications, all diving equipment will be under your sole responsibility.

This is a full-time, permanent position where you will be working as a Housekeeper/Cook, assisting a busy UHNWI with their daily needs. In addition to housekeeping and cooking duties, there will also be some PA responsibilities, particularly when travelling with the Principal.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing all aspects of the cleaning and upkeep of the residence, ensuring that all areas are immaculate and well-maintained.
• Managing laundry, ironing, and wardrobe organisation with high attention to detail, especially when handling luxury fabrics and delicate garments. You will ensure all items are treated with the utmost care.
• Preparing daily meals that prioritize vegetables, protein-rich foods, and healthy ingredients, adhering to dietary guidelines provided by the employer.

We are looking for a Deck/Engineer to join a 35m motor yacht.
This is a single-season private and charter vessel, currently based in Europe. You’ll join the vessel in Italy for the winter, where it will be undergoing a maintenance period, before setting sail for a busy Mediterranean summer season filled with both owner trips and charters—meaning great opportunities for generous, equally shared tips! You must hold your AEC 1 & 2 and have experience on a similar-sized vessel. Your role will be primarily deck-based, especially during trips, with approximately a 60/40 split between deck and engineering. Out on deck, you will work closely with the First Mate. When required, you will assist the Engineer, so being mechanically minded and adaptable is essential.
The ideal candidate will be efficient, personable, and proactive. While tickets are secondary to experience, you should have 1-2 years of industry experience.
