The core crew consists of three permanent members: Captain, Deckhand, and Engineer, expanding to a race crew of up to 12 during competitions. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer with a genuine interest in sailing and performance yachts to be part of an exciting and dynamic programme.

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for all engineering operations onboard, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. As this is a very hands-on programme, you will also be expected to assist with sailing duties and support the wider team when required. Strong knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems is essential, and previous experience on a high-performance sailing yacht of a similar size will be highly regarded.

2026 - Summer Med, Winter Caribbean 

Crew & Concierge are seeking an experienced Stew/Crew Cook to join a 50m+ private explorer support yacht. The vessel operates on a worldwide itinerary, visiting some unusual and exciting destinations, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone with a genuine sense of adventure. The role involves cooking for a crew of 10 for approximately three months of the year, covering when the Crew Chef is on leave, with a strong focus on healthy, fresh, and well-balanced meals. In addition to cooking duties, you will work within the interior department under the Chief Stewardess, so at least 1–2 seasons of experience are required. There will be regular guest interaction, therefore a hands-on, proactive approach to everything you do is essential.

We are currently looking for a First Mate to join a 35m+ private motor yacht, which is single season. The vessel is Italy-based over the winter before cruising the Mediterranean for the summer, with owners coming and going throughout the season. This is a quiet, well-run programme with a supportive onboard dynamic.

The ideal candidate will hold a Yachtmaster Offshore (minimum) and, importantly, have proven experience leading watches underway. This role is approximately 90% deck-based and 10% bridge, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident on deck and keen to continue developing their bridge skills.

The Captain is very hands-on and supportive, and open to taking on a candidate who is stepping up and eager to gain more responsibility on the bridge. Over time, there will be increased responsibility and drive time, particularly for someone who shows initiative, professionalism, and a strong team mentality.

We are seeking an experienced Deckhand with a Dive Instructor qualification to join a 70m+ private and charter motor yacht. Candidates holding Dive Master certification may also be considered, provided they can demonstrate a high level of diving experience. The yacht operates a dual-season itinerary, spending winters in the U.S. and the Caribbean and summers in the Mediterranean. A valid B1/B2 visa is essential for this role.

The position involves all standard deck duties, along with full responsibility for the care, maintenance, and operation of dive equipment, including compressors, tanks, regulators, and associated safety gear. You will also be responsible for organising and leading dives for the owner and guests, ensuring safe and enjoyable experiences at all times. You’ll be part of a deck team of nine, including officers, and will act as the primary point of contact for all dive operations onboard.

We are looking for someone with at least one year of yachting experience, ideally on vessels over 50m, who is confident managing dive equipment and compressors and leading guest dives. The deck team consists of a Chief Officer and two Deckhands, and as Second Officer you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the Deckhands, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the deck department under the guidance of the Chief Officer. You will create and manage work lists, train, guide, and mentor the Deckhands, maintain high standards across all deck operations, and actively participate in bridge time and watchkeeping duties. We are seeking an exceptionally strong sailor to join a private 40m sailing yacht, J-Cass, for the 2026 Mediterranean season, with the potential to transition into a dual-season programme. The yacht will be racing in two regattas over the summer, alongside owner cruising throughout the Med. 

As a Deckhand, you will work closely with the Bosun and First Mate, playing a key role in both racing and cruising operations. You will be actively involved in race manoeuvres, including sail changes, hoists, drops, reefing, and trim, as well as handling winches, grinders, running rigging, and deck hardware. This position is perfect for someone with hands-on deck experience and a strong background as a Physiotherapist or Personal Trainer. The yacht will be cruising the Caribbean and potentially the U.S. this winter, before returning to the Mediterranean in 2026.

You will join a professional, well-organised deck team comprising Deckhands, a Bosun, Second Officer, and Chief Officer. While onboard, you will support the deck team with day-to-day operations. When the owner or guests are present, you will assist with physiotherapy and training sessions, working alongside an existing qualified PT to deliver high-quality, consistent care.

Previous yachting experience is preferred but not essential. Candidates with strong land-based physiotherapy, sports therapy, or personal training experience are encouraged to apply. Physiotherapy responsibilities will include rehabilitation and injury prevention, massage (sports/deep tissue), stretching and mobility programs, as well as techniques such as cupping, taping, and recovery therapies. Experience with athletes or high-profile clients is highly advantageous.

We are seeking an experienced Sole Engineer to join a 40m sailing yacht operating on a single-season programme, based in Europe over the winter and cruising the Mediterranean, with preparation underway for a 2026 Mediterranean racing programme.

This role is suited to an engineer with a strong sailing background who can confidently manage the vessel’s engineering requirements in preparation for racing and ongoing Mediterranean cruising. The position requires hands-on involvement and a solid understanding of systems onboard large sailing yachts.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an engineer within the superyacht industry, including at least 2 years onboard a 24m+ sailing yacht, and must hold a minimum of AEC2. Large sailing yacht experience is essential, and candidates without this experience will not be considered. Ideally, the candidate will also hold SV MEOL or EOOW, as well as Yachtmaster, with Yachtmaster Ocean considered a bonus.

For this position, candidates must have a minimum of 12 months’ experience in the yachting industry and be a qualified Nurse with a strong medical background. Experience in elderly care or childcare would be an added bonus. This position will cover the month of March, with the potential to extend and cover maternity leave.

This is primarily an 80% Stewardess role; however, when the owners are on board, you must be confident and proactive in stepping into the Nurse role when required. The interior team is made up of 8, and your duties will focus mainly on housekeeping and service, alongside your nursing responsibilities. As the itinerary includes U.S. cruising, a valid B1/B2 visa is required; however, candidates without one may still be considered.
This is a busy private and charter vessel, so proven experience with quick turnarounds, excellent organisation, and high operational standards is essential. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience on a similar-sized yacht and be confident managing an interior team of comparable size, with a minimum of 2–3 years’ experience as a Chief Stewardess and with proven sailing yacht experience. The interior department consists of four crew members, including yourself, making strong leadership skills a must.

You will work closely with the Captain on itinerary planning and guest excursions, as well as overseeing the yacht’s social media presence. Therefore, solid administrative skills and experience with tools such as Canva will be highly advantageous. We are looking for someone who is confident in service, works well within a team, understands crew dynamics, and is committed to building long-term longevity in their next position.

Crew & Concierge is recruiting a Third Engineer for a large private sailing yacht preparing to return to service following yard works. The role will begin in Europe ahead of the vessel’s 2026 operational programme. A seasonal cruising schedule is planned, with details to be confirmed.

You will be working within an engineering team, consisting of the Chief Engineer, 2 second Engineers and the Third Engineer. You will report to the Chief Engineer and support the daily operation and maintenance of all onboard engineering systems. Duties include assisting with final yard works and commissioning, general maintenance and upkeep, maintaining the sea toys, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and assisting the Chief and Second Engineers. A hands-on and proactive approach is essential.

AEC1&2 is a must. Candidates from non-traditional engineering backgrounds, including deck or deck/engineer roles, will be considered, provided they hold the required certification and have practical engine room experience.

We are currently seeking a Deck/Mate to join a 40m private sailing yacht operating a single-season program, cruising the Mediterranean for the summer and based in Spain over the winter.

The role is available to start as soon as possible, ahead of the season beginning in April, with the owners coming and going alongside friends and family. The vessel runs with a crew of four, Captain, Stewardess, Chef, and Deck/Mate, and we are looking for someone with prior superyacht experience who is confident managing the deck department independently, supported by a very hands-on Captain.

Yachtmaster Offshore is required, sailing yacht experience is a bonus (though strong recreational sailing experience will be considered), and this is a well-run vessel with excellent crew longevity, where we have successfully placed crew before who remain happy onboard.

Working under the direction of the Chief Engineer and as part of the engineering team, the Second Engineer will support the daily operation, maintenance, and reliability of all onboard engineering systems. The role will involve assisting with refit completion and commissioning, carrying out planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repairs, maintaining accurate engineering records, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and SMS requirements. We are seeking a Chief Officer to join a 60m sailing yacht operating as a private and charter vessel with a dual-season programme. The vessel is currently in the Caribbean for the remainder of the winter season before returning to the Mediterranean for summer cruising.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience on large sailing yachts and strong leadership skills within the deck department. Candidates must hold a Chief Mate 3000GT certificate and have a minimum of two years’ experience on a vessel over 500GT, either as a Chief Officer or Bosun, with a sailing background being a MUST.

This role supports the Captain across all operational, safety, and navigational duties while ensuring exceptional service standards for owners and guests. The Chief Officer will lead deck operations, including sail handling, maintenance, tender operations, and watchkeeping, assist with navigation and passage planning, manage ISM/ISPS and crew drills, oversee deck crew training and daily operations, and support guest activities to maintain all deck areas to the highest standard.

Crew & Concierge is recruiting an experienced Deckhand for a 50m+ private sailing yacht to join for the upcoming winter season in the Caribbean. After the winter programme, the yacht will follow a seasonal itinerary, spending summers cruising the Mediterranean and returning to the Med for winter periods from 2026 onwards. With both the owner and crew being keen sailors, this role is best suited to someone confident and hands-on with large sailing yachts, including experience with captive winches and in-boom furling systems. You will be joining a close, well-established crew of nine, with four crew members working on deck.

Applicants must have previous experience on a large sailing yacht and have completed at least one full guest season. Excellent tender-driving skills are required, particularly on jet tenders. Yachtmaster Offshore is an advantage but not essential. We are recruiting an experienced Head of Housekeeping to join a 70m+ private and charter motor yacht operating a dual-season programme. The vessel will be cruising around the States during the Winter, with Summer plans still to be confirmed. So, you must already hold a valid B1/B2 visa in hand. This position offers excellent stability and long-term career development for the right candidate.

In this role, you will take full ownership of the housekeeping department, ensuring exceptional levels of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation throughout the vessel. You will be part of a larger interior team of seven, directly overseeing two Stewardesses along with a Laundrymaster. Your responsibilities will include coordinating daily housekeeping operations, managing stock and inventories, overseeing uniforms and purchasing, and maintaining guest and crew areas to the highest standard. You will also ensure correct use and care of all cleaning equipment and products, while supporting the training and development of junior interior crew.

We are looking for a candidate with at least 1.5 years of experience in a comparable role on similar-sized vessels, who demonstrates strong leadership and a genuine commitment to housekeeping excellence. A 60m private Motor Yacht is looking for a Stewardess/Hairdresser to join their team. This private single-season vessel keeps a busy schedule. Over the Winter, you will be based in Europe before spending the Summer cruising the Mediterranean.

We are seeking someone with at least one season of yachting experience, although Junior Stewardesses will also be considered. You will be part of an interior team of five and should feel comfortable assisting across all departments during high-demand periods, as well as delivering professional haircuts, styling, and blow-dries. Masseuse skills would be highly advantageous. You will also be required to travel with the owner, and when not hairdressing, your role will focus on interior service duties.
