This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for a former yacht stewardess looking to transition into a land-based role while continuing to work to high standards. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation are upheld throughout the home on a daily basis. You will work alongside a Personal Assistant who is based in the home during the same working hours. Service Stewardess - CC7385
Role & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Service Stewardess to join a private estate in Palma. This estate is located 20 minutes away from the centre, so it is essential if you drive. This is a 30 hour per week position that requires you to be part of their rota/schedule. You will be required to work at least one weekend a month, too. This role is very much service focused with little to no housekeeping involved. As the Service Stewardess, you will be responsible for setting the table and creating napkin folds, and flower arrangements. There will be lots of dinners and events throughout the year, so someone who is able to keep up with the fast pace is essential. The service team is made up of 8, as well as the F&B Managers. Yacht experience is preferred for this role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to transition to land and be based in Palma. You will be working on a Spanish working contract so applicants need to be legal to work in Spain. Sadly, UK passports without residency cannot be accepted.
You will also need to have accommodation in Palma as this is a LIVE OUT ROLE.

We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Captain to join a 30m private new build motor yacht, scheduled for launch ahead of the summer season. This will be a dual-season vessel, cruising the Mediterranean over the summer with the owners and their guests coming and going, before relocating to the UAE for the winter, where it will primarily be used for occasional day trips. As Captain, you will be responsible for preparing the vessel for launch, managing all aspects of the setup, and working closely with management to oversee the recruitment of a crew of four. Previous experience with new builds is a bonus, as the role requires someone confident in handling warranty work, yard periods, and ensuring the vessel is fully operational and guest-ready. Crew & Concierge are actively seeking a 2nd Stewardess/Crew Cook to join a 35m private Motor Yacht for the summer of 2025. We are looking for someone to join as soon as possible in Europe, before cruising the Mediterranean for the season.

This is a full-time, live-out position, including service, housekeeping, laundry, and day-to-day management of two members of Housekeeping/Service staff.

We are currently seeking a Deck/Stewardess to join a fantastic 28m motor yacht. This is a private vessel, operating for a single season, with plans to cruise around the Mediterranean for the summer. The position is available immediately on a seasonal contract, with the potential to become permanent.
As the Deck/Stew, you will primarily focus on deck duties but will also assist the Chef/Stew in the interior when required. We are looking for someone with at least 2 seasons of experience in the industry. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider candidates who are new to the industry.

Crew & Concierge are currently seeking a talented Sole Chef to join a luxurious 25m Motor Vessel, which is part of a high-end cruise company based in the Scottish Isles. You will join them on the 29th of May before completing 5 charter trips throughout the summer. As the Sole Chef, you will be cooking for 8 guests and 4 crew members and will be expected to produce well-presented meals using local, seasonal produce. We are looking for someone who is looking for a challenge, you must be confident in your abilities as you will be working as part of a small team. Being a team player and highly motivated as an individual is essential. You must ideally be based in the UK, and have the right to work in the UK.

In regards to the galley, the owners enjoy simple, healthy meals and you will also be required to cater to a vegetarian diet. You will be catering for up to 8 guests and a crew of 3.

Crew & Concierge are seeking an experienced Deckhand ready to take on their first Bosun role aboard a 50m+ Motor Yacht. This private, single-season vessel cruises the Mediterranean during the summer and is based in Europe for the winter.
As a support vessel, it follows another 50m yacht throughout the summer, with both vessels docking together for the winter. As Bosun, you will work closely with the Chief Officer while managing and overseeing two Deckhands, one of whom is Junior.
To be considered, you must have at least two years of industry experience and a solid track record of longevity, as well as a Yacht Master Offshore as a minimum. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-run vessel with a close-knit, family-style crew who enjoy spending time together and making the most of their time off.
