A very good client of ours is currently looking for a Bosun to join their vessel. The yacht is a 50m motor yacht, a beautiful classic, and operates on a private single-season programme. The vessel is currently in the Caribbean, where it has spent the winter, but will return to the Mediterranean for the summer season. The plan for winter 2026 is to remain in the Mediterranean as they are returning to a single-season programme.

The vessel also operates with a chase boat, which has its own Chase Boat Captain, and you will have a Chief Officer above you within the deck structure, providing clear support and leadership within the department. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing two deckhands, one of whom is junior, ensuring the deck team works efficiently and maintains the vessel to a high standard.

The successful candidate must hold a Yachtmaster Offshore at a minimum and have 2–3 years of experience in the industry, with solid experience working as a Bosun on a similar-sized vessel. Previous longevity in positions is very important to both the owner and the captain. You will need to be confident across a variety of deck maintenance tasks, with particular strength in varnishing, teak care, and the use of both hand and power tools. You will have responsibility for the overall management of the deck, leading the team and ensuring work is carried out to a high standard. Experience with dinghy sailing and general tender operations would also be highly desirable.

The Galley Department is currently looking for a temporary Sole Chef to join a 40m high-performance sailing yacht. This is a private vessel with owners who are very passionate about sailing and spend a lot of time underway. We are looking for a chef to join between the 26th–29th of March for approximately two weeks, although the exact duration is still to be confirmed. This position is to cover a boss trip cruising the Balearics.

As the Sole Chef, you will be responsible for catering for up to 6 guests and 7 crew members. We are looking for someone confident preparing Mediterranean-style cuisine, but who is also versatile and able to adapt menus when required. The ideal candidate will be comfortable catering to a range of dietary preferences and requirements. As the owners love to sail and the vessel operates frequently under sail, it is important that candidates are comfortable cooking while underway and have experience working on sailing yachts. We are ideally looking for a chef with at least 2+ years of experience, preferably on a similar-sized vessel, who is confident working as a Sole Chef and able to manage both guest and crew meals efficiently.

The interior team consists of six crew members, and this role will operate as a floater position, rotating across all areas of the interior. Due to the nature of the role, a minimum of one year’s yachting experience is required, and any previous sailing yacht experience would be highly beneficial. This position would suit someone who enjoys a varied role, rather than working solely within one specific area of the department.

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Steward/ess with a strong eye for presentation. Cocktail knowledge is essential, and holding a WSET Level 2 qualification would be considered an advantage.

The position is largely centred around daily crew catering, with the expectation to assist with guest meal preparation during guest trips. The yacht follows a worldwide cruising itinerary, frequently visiting remote destinations across Asia and the Philippines, offering an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys travel and varied experiences.

As the Sole Chef, you will have full responsibility for the galley operations, including provisioning, organisation, and overall galley management. The role involves preparing daily meals for approximately 10 crew, focusing on nutritious, well-balanced dishes suitable for an active and health-conscious team, while also producing high-quality guest meals when required.

Candidates should have previous experience on similar-sized vessels or larger, with a proven ability to cater for both crew and guests while independently running a galley. Crew & Concierge are currently looking for a Captain to join a 55m+ motor yacht. This is a private and charter vessel operating a dual-season programme, with exciting plans to cruise off-the-beaten-track destinations. The yacht is currently in the Caribbean, with plans to head towards French Polynesia, after which the itinerary will continue to evolve.

The vessel runs with 14 crew onboard at any one time. We are looking for a Captain with strong longevity in previous roles and proven experience running 50m+ motor yachts, ideally with exposure to charter programmes or busy private operations.

Candidates must hold a minimum Master 3000GT and experience managing larger crew teams and complex itineraries. Holding a B1/B2 visa would be a significant advantage given the cruising plans.

As Captain, you will be responsible for the overall management and safe operation of the vessel, including navigation, passage planning, crew management, guest experience, regulatory compliance, and overseeing maintenance and technical operations. You will also work closely with the management company and owners to ensure the yacht operates smoothly both operationally and financially. You would be become part of an active regatta schedule.  The vessel sails extensively, so a confident sailor is essential.  As Sole Chef, you will be responsible for catering for 10 crew (increasing to 10–12 when day workers are onboard) and catering for up to 10 guests for formal dining.  Larger numbers for relaxed, family-style service during day sailing. Cruising the Mediterranean for the Summer season. 

We are currently seeking a Deck/Mate to join a 40m private sailing yacht operating a single-season program, cruising the Mediterranean for the summer and based in Spain over the winter.

The role is available to start as soon as possible, ahead of the season beginning in April, with the owners coming and going alongside friends and family. The vessel runs with a crew of four, Captain, Stewardess, Chef, and Deck/Mate, and we are looking for someone with prior superyacht experience who is confident managing the deck department independently, supported by a very hands-on Captain.

Yachtmaster Offshore is required, sailing yacht experience is a bonus (though strong recreational sailing experience will be considered), and this is a well-run vessel with excellent crew longevity, where we have successfully placed crew before who remain happy onboard.

Crew & Concierge is recruiting an experienced Deckhand for a 50m+ private sailing yacht to join for the upcoming winter season in the Caribbean. After the winter programme, the yacht will follow a seasonal itinerary, spending summers cruising the Mediterranean and returning to the Med for winter periods from 2026 onwards. With both the owner and crew being keen sailors, this role is best suited to someone confident and hands-on with large sailing yachts, including experience with captive winches and in-boom furling systems. You will be joining a close, well-established crew of nine, with four crew members working on deck.

Applicants must have previous experience on a large sailing yacht and have completed at least one full guest season. Excellent tender-driving skills are required, particularly on jet tenders. Yachtmaster Offshore is an advantage but not essential. This is a great opportunity to join a professional and experienced team and be part of an active, sailing-driven programme operating between the Caribbean and the Mediterranean.

You will be joining a 70m+ Motor Yacht that operates both privately and has charter usage. You will jump on board to cruise the States for Winter with Summer plans to be confirmed. You will work within an interior team of 7, where any extra skills, like being tech-savvy or great with kids, would definitely be an advantage!

A B1B2 visa is essential.
