Founder
I founded Crew & Concierge in 2007 after having my daughter and knowing that returning to a vessel was no longer possible. What began as a new chapter quickly became an incredible journey, one that has taken me all over the world. I’ve travelled and lived throughout the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, and many other regions while building and growing the business.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of placing crew on some of the world’s most exceptional yachts and working with truly outstanding candidates and clients. Although I’m no longer involved in day-to-day recruitment, my role remains full and fulfilling. I remain focused on developing our software, overseeing both Crew & Concierge and Personal Staffing Ltd, and travelling between our offices in Bath and London.
Even after 18 years, this industry continues to amaze me. It has shaped me as an entrepreneur and offered experiences I couldn’t have imagined when I first started. One of the greatest rewards has been watching my team evolve and grow alongside the business, each year bringing new achievements, new challenges, and new opportunities.
And while I’ve stepped back from daily recruitment, I still love a challenge. I’m always interested in hearing about truly unique or highly specialised roles that require a thoughtful, discreet approach.
