Since early 2025, I have been working as the Interior Recruitment Consultant at Crew & Concierge, drawing on my background in hospitality and administrative work to deliver a naturally positive, people-focused approach.
I take pride in understanding each candidate’s goals and highlighting their strengths, while building strong, trusting relationships with clients to find candidates who truly meet their needs. Focusing on high-quality interior crew placements, from Junior Stews to Senior and Purser-level candidates, I am committed to making the recruitment process smooth and positive for everyone. Attention to detail, dedication, and composure under pressure guide my work, and I’m proud to contribute to a dynamic, supportive team.
A standout moment of 2025 for me was attending the Monaco Yacht Show, where I had the chance to connect personally with clients and candidates, gain firsthand insight into the industry, and experience the excitement and innovation that make the yachting world so unique!
With a competitive edge and strong team spirit, I’ve learned through riding for the Wylye Valley Mounted Games team, a fast-paced equestrian sport, the value of trust, timing, and teamwork in achieving success.
Outside of work, I enjoy running with my dogs, heading to the gym, and embracing life’s quieter moments, especially when curled up at home with my beloved cat, Nacho.
