We are seeking an experienced Chase Boat Captain for a shadow vessel based in Ibiza for the upcoming summer season.
You must have shore-side accommodation available, as the vessel only provides accommodation during occasional overnight trips throughout the season. When the main yacht heads to Italy or France, the chase boat Captain will remain in Ibiza, overseeing daily maintenance and cleaning duties, enjoying a quieter pace. Summer days in Ibiza will be busier, but these will be balanced with quieter periods, making this an enjoyable and rewarding position.
The Owner prefers to keep both vessels close to his home, creating a close-knit working environment. The mothership crew consists of four young, multinational professionals who are friendly and fun to work with.

Are you looking for your next opportunity? We are looking for a Deck/Engineer to join a 28m Motor Yacht. This vessel is private and runs with 5 crew. You will mostly be looking after the Engineering onboard, but must be comfortable helping out on Deck alongside the Deckhand. It's essential that you are happy to work in a dual role and you are able to be flexible. We are currently seeking a Deckhand who is coupled with a Stewardess to join a 25m+ Sailing Yacht for the upcoming season. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a long-standing client of ours, with whom we have an excellent relationship, so we’re confident you’ll have a wonderful experience onboard. The yacht is currently in the Mediterranean, where the successful couple will join the vessel ASAP. The itinerary includes cruising the Mediterranean throughout the summer, with plans for the winter season still to be confirmed; it could either involve yard time or a crossing to the Caribbean. To be considered, the Deckhand must hold at least a Yachtmaster Offshore and have a solid sailing background. However, we may consider candidates without the qualification if they have strong hands-on sailing experience. We are currently seeking a freelance Chief Engineer to join a 30m charter motor yacht from 14th June to 20th August. The vessel runs a busy charter program and has confirmed bookings throughout the season.
You will be joining and disembarking in the Mediterranean. The yacht is powered by 714kW and requires someone holding a Y3 ticket or equivalent to meet operational and regulatory standards. As the Sole Engineer onboard, you will be responsible for the maintenance, management, and smooth operation of all technical systems. This role requires confidence in working independently, resolving technical issues swiftly, and ensuring the vessel runs safely and efficiently throughout the season. To support your transition, the full-time Engineer will be on hand to provide a thorough handover and will remain available remotely should any questions arise during your time onboard.

B1B2 is a MUST! This position can be offered to an individual or as a couple with a Cook/Stew.
We are currently seeking a Deck/Stew to join a 25m private sailing yacht that operates dual seasons, cruising the Mediterranean this summer (its first return in a few years), followed by the U.S. and Caribbean for the winter. Please note, the yacht will be shipped across the Atlantic rather than sailing the crossing. The vessel is used privately by the owner and his guests periodically throughout the season. The crew consists of three: the Captain, a Cook/Stew, and the Deck/Stew. While the role is primarily deck-focused, due to the small crew size and the nature of a 25m yacht, we’re looking for someone who is equally comfortable assisting in the interior, including turn-ups/turn-downs and occasional service when needed. We’re after someone who shares that same passion and energy. You MUST be a kiteboarding instructor or enjoy kiteboarding recreationally. Domestic Housekeeper - CC7406
Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced former yachtie to join a wonderful family in London in a permanent, land-based position as a Housekeeper.
This role is part of a growing housekeeping team of seven, all with yachting backgrounds, and involves working across multiple high-end properties in Central London. The successful candidate must be fit, active, and hold a clean, valid driving licence. Previous experience working for UHNWIs is essential, along with a strong understanding of the high standards required in a large, private family household.
We’re looking for a well-presented, detail-oriented individual with a positive attitude and strong organisational skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a service-driven mindset and a background in yachting to transition into a long-term household role with room for growth as the team continues to expand.
This is a Monday to Friday role, with the requirement to work one weekend every fifth week on a rotational basis. You will receive 32 days of holiday per year (excluding bank holidays) and time off in lieu.
Candidates must live within a commutable distance of Central London, be comfortable with dogs, and be ready for a land-based role. You must also have the right to live and work in the UK.

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Purser for this fantastic 70m Motor Yacht, private and charter with a busy cruising program. You will be working closely and assisting HODs with purchasing, invoicing and delivery of stores and services. Responsible for administration, accounting and petty cash, all crew administration including payroll procurement, shipments, accounting, budgets, salary reporting, leave accounts, planning of crew changes, flights, visas, airport transfers, preparation of all paperwork for port calls, direct liaison with port agents, and further as directed by the Captain. Advanced planning and preparation for owner and guest trips working closely with the team to ensure a smooth trip is had by all. Producing itineraries with the Captain for Guest activities ashore. Must have 2+ years of experience and a background in accounting is preferred. Advanced user in Microsoft Excel.
This is a rotational position based on 2:2. To be considered for this role, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years in a Purser role, although someone who has worked in a dual Chief Stew/Purser role with heavy Purser duties would be considered. This is a busy private vessel that is currently based in the yard finishing off some work ahead of the summer season. We are currently looking for a Service Stewardess to join a private estate in Palma. This estate is located 20 minutes away from the centre, so it is essential if you drive. This is a 30 hour per week position that requires you to be part of their rota/schedule. You will be required to work at least one weekend a month, too. This role is very much service focused with little to no housekeeping involved. As the Service Stewardess, you will be responsible for setting the table and creating napkin folds, and flower arrangements. There will be lots of dinners and events throughout the year, so someone who is able to keep up with the fast pace is essential. The service team is made up of 8, as well as the F&B Managers. Yacht experience is preferred for this role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to transition to land and be based in Palma. You will be working on a Spanish working contract so applicants need to be legal to work in Spain. Sadly, UK passports without residency cannot be accepted.

The vessel is dual-season between the Med and Caribbean and has light owner usage. You will be running the Engineering department alone so it's key you are an independent worker, good with fault finding and fixing problems. The yacht operates with a crew of 8, and the owners are very active when they are onboard, enjoying watersports and spending time in the water. We are currently looking for a Sole Engineer who is happy to assist out on Deck with a Y4 in hand. This is a busy 35m Motor Yacht that is currently charter, although, after this summer season, they will be changing to private. This is an exciting opportunity, as from October 2025, you will go on time for time rotation. There are around 8 weeks of charter already booked for the summer season. This role requires you to be able to work independently onboard a busy vessel, and given you will also be helping out on deck, we need a self-starter and someone who is motivated. You will need to be a true team player as you will be working as part of a crew of 7. This is a fantastic vessel and a brilliant opportunity for the right candidate. A Y4 ticket must be in hand, and the vessel is Cayman Islands flagged. If you have a Power Boat Level 2, it would be a benefit.
