Hi, I'm Noah, a Trainee Engineering Consultant at Crew & Concierge, where I am taking on the placement of Engineers across superyachts.
While I'm new to the yachting industry, I'm eager to learn and confident I will take it in my stride. I'm committed to building a strong understanding of the technical demands of each vessel and programme, so I can match Engineers with roles where they will thrive and support clients in finding crew who are the right fit both professionally and onboard.
I value building genuine, trusting relationships with candidates and clients alike, and I pride myself on being approachable, reliable and dedicated throughout the recruitment process. I'm excited to grow within such a collaborative team as Crew & Concierge enters its next phase of growth.
My competitive edge was shaped on the rugby pitch as a semi-professional player and high-performing referee, which taught me teamwork, resilience and composure under pressure, qualities I carry into my role.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me playing or watching rugby, or at the latest sporting event. I'm also passionate about cars and fascinated by engine sizes, performance and running costs, a passion that led me to convert my own Japanese 4x4 from manual to automatic.
