Hi, I’m Beatrice. I joined Crew & Concierge earlier this year as a Recruitment Resourcer, working across all departments and supporting a wide range of roles. While I remain very much an all-rounder, it quickly became clear that I have a natural aptitude for recruitment, particularly within the engineering space.
I’m now taking on greater responsibility within the engineering department and actively deepening my understanding of onboard systems, technical roles, and the realities of engineering operations on yachts. Learning how everything works behind the scenes has been a real highlight, and I’m keen to continue developing this knowledge, so if any engineers are happy to share insights or expertise, I’m always keen to learn.
I take real pride in building strong, trusted relationships with both clients and candidates, and I bring a thoughtful, organised approach to everything I do. I enjoy being part of a collaborative team and am motivated by continuous improvement and growth.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my dog, Vida, and exploring the countryside around Bath on long walks. I also enjoy getting creative in the kitchen, and my team (especially Rhi) can usually be relied upon to request baked treats.
