Are you looking for your next project? Keen to get stuck into something? We are looking for a temporary Chief Engineer to join a 45m in the States. This contract can be for anything from 1 to 6 months long, and you must be willing to be hands-on. When we say hands-on, you will be spending 95% troubleshooting/fixing. The vessel has been neglected, and so we are looking for an Engineer to come in and work with the crew they have to get her up to a good standard. You will live ashore with the crew and the living quarters are good, along with being well looked after in regards to food, etc. The vessel is based in the yard in Florida, so a B1B2 in hand is essential.

Crew and Concierge are seeking a Chief Stewardess to join a 35m Motor Yacht. This is a busy private and charter vessel, and we are looking for someone who wants to commit. You will run the interior alongside a Seasonal Second Stewardess and rotate between you. You must be confident in service as the owner has extremely high standards here. As the Chief Stewardess, you will be working closely with the Captain and other HODs to ensure a smooth season. The summer will be split 50/50 from private to charter so there is a nice opportunity to earn some good tips. To be successful for this role, we are looking for a hard-working, motivated and confident individual, someone who is keen to take on a new challenge and get stuck in. You will need to be a confident leader. The summer will be spent around Turkey and Greece with winters in Italy.

The programme is Med-based and single-season, with an even split between private and charter use, plus the possibility of taking part in regattas. We’re looking for candidates with experience operating large tenders (ideally 45ft+), and you MUST hold a Yachtmaster Offshore certification.

We are currently looking for a Sole Engineer to join a beautiful 35m Sailing Yacht.
This is a busy private vessel with an exciting itinerary around the USA & Caribbean. The necessary qualifications would be AEC1&2 in hand! You will need to have a good engineering background and knowledge of diesel maintenance, hydraulics, refrigeration, water makers etc... Trade certificates are appreciated. The boat had a new main Engine 5 years ago and all systems are pretty up to date. You will be given a handover from the outgoing Engineer too.
You will need to ideally have sailing experience as the vessel runs with a crew of 6 so someone who is a team player and happy to assist in all departments when required is key. We are looking for someone who has experience in the industry already on yachts of a similar size, although we would consider someone with some strong recreational sailing and engineering land-based experience.

The role requires you to have at least 2 seasons of GUEST ON experience. As the Stewardess, you will work as part of an interior team of 5, rotating throughout all areas. The Chief Stewardess is well known to Crew and Concierge and loves to offer lots of training when time allows. The vessel is private and will continue their world cruise this summer. They plan to cruise in the Caribbean and spend the summer between USA and Greenland so holding a B1B2 visa is essential/big bonus. 

We are looking for someone who is looking for their next challenge; you will be solely responsible for the interior as well as assisting out on deck when needed. You must have at least one full seasons experience onboard. You must be comfortable with handling lines and winches, so experience sailing on deck is important.

You will be joining a crew of 5 with a very much family vibe onboard which the owner enjoys.

We are currently looking for a Stew/Masseuse to join a fantastic 60m Motor Yacht which is private and charter. The boat is a busy dual-season vessel. You will join the vessel in Spain before cruising the Mediterranean during the summer season before crossing over to the Caribbean for the winter of 2025. The boat runs with an interior team of 6 so you will need to be a good team player. We are looking for someone who is qualified in massages and if you have some extra beauty skills this is a bonus, you must be confident in Deep Tissue and Sports Massage. Off-trip, your role will predominantly be housekeeping and laundry-based. When on charters, you could be offering up to 3 hours of treatments a day to guests. We are looking for someone who ideally already has a year of experience in the industry. This is a good boat with great potential for career progression. We are looking for someone who wants to gain some good longevity and work as part of a long-standing crew.

We are currently looking for a Stew/Deck for a 20m Catamaran. This is a beautiful new build with some lovely cruising plans. The vessel will be both private and charter with a dual-season programme. As the Sole Stewardess, you will be responsible for all areas of the interior as well as working closely with the Chef. You will also be required to help out on Deck as the vessel runs with 3 crew. To be considered for this role it is essential you have some sailing experience or know how to sail. If you have your day skipper, that would be a bonus. Crew and Concierge are currently looking for a Sous Chef to join a great 55m Motor Yacht that is currently based in Spain.

It is a busy private shadow vessel that travels in convoy with their Sailing Yacht. You will be based on the Motor Yacht, however, you will also work on the Sailing Yacht to help out with big dinner parties and events when there are a large number of guests. As the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for cooking for up to 20 crew and helping out with the guest food - there is also a Crew Chef within the programme. The owners love pizza so you will need to be confident with this as well as be familiar with a range of cuisines and dietary requirements.

We are currently on the search for a fantastic Laundry Steward/ess to join a 50m Motor Yacht. This is a busy private vessel. This is a shadow vessel and runs with a Chief Stewardess, Second Stewardess and yourself. The boat will be based in Spain for this winter so there is plenty of time to really get involved in a range of duties and small projects whilst working alongside the team. This is a shadow boat, so it will always travel in convoy with the other vessel. As the Laundry Steward/ess, you will be in charge of managing all of the laundry onboard for both guests and crew. In total, you will be doing laundry for up to 14 crew and 8 guests. We are looking for a candidate who is proficient in laundry, with a comprehensive understanding of different cleaning detergents and laundering equipment as well as knowledge of different textiles and their appropriate care instructions. This is a perfect position for someone who is looking for growth and progression, as the boat has some exciting plans in the near future.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ex-yachtie to join a wonderful family in London in a permanent, land-based role as a Housekeeper.

This position involves working across multiple properties within Central London, alongside a housekeeping team of seven, all of whom have backgrounds in yachting. Candidates must be fit, active, and hold a valid, clean driving licence. Prior experience working for UHNWIs is essential, along with a strong understanding of the high standards expected in a large family household.

Responsibilities include cleaning and preparing guest rooms, laundering clothes and linens, maintaining housekeeping supplies, welcoming and assisting guests, managing wardrobes, and occasionally running errands. You may also be asked to assist with shopping or support chefs during service.

We are looking for a well-presented, detail-oriented individual with a positive attitude and excellent organisational skills. This role offers room for growth as the household team continues to expand.

The schedule involves weekends on rotation, working 12-hour shifts, with 4 days on and 3 days off. You will receive 32 days of holiday per year (excluding bank holidays) and time off in lieu.

Candidates must live within a commutable distance of Central London, be dog-friendly, ready for a land-based role, and have the right to live and work in the UK.
