Chief Stewardess

We are looking for a Chief Stewardess to join a 60m Sailing Yacht in March. The vessel is currently on its way over to Palma. They have a busy private, charter and race program so you will need to have prior Chief Stew experience on a similar-sized vessel.

Personality is key, we need someone who is a team player and has a positive attitude as the crew have a real family atmosphere onboard - the Captain is probably one of the best to work for in the industry. You will be given a handover with the current Chief Stew so you can learn more about the role and want it entails. You will be given lots of responsibility so you must be highly organised, mature and approachable.

If you have charter, race or sailing experience you will be looked on favourably but if you have the right personality, willingness to learn and take on more responsibility this role could suit you as well.

Chief Stewardess

We are looking for a Chief Stewardess to join a private 33m Motor Yacht by the second week of March. This is just a single season vessel, however, you may be asked to join the boat again for the following Med season if all goes well.

As Chief Stewardess you will be in charge of running the interior and managing the Stewardess below you. You must be highly organised, have great attention to detail and be willing to hit the ground running. This could be a great opportunity for an experienced Second Stewardess looking for the step up to a Chief Stew role.

Service Stewardess

We are looking for a Service Stewardess to join a 100m+ Motor Yacht at the end of March in Australia

The vessel is very busy with guests onboard so you will need to be able to hit the ground running and fit in well with the rest of the team. In terms of the interior, you must be confident in all styles of service and comfortable interacting with guests. You will need to have prior experience with service on 60m+ sized vessels.

If you have a secondary skill in Hairdressing or as a PT/Fitness Instructor then you will be looked on favourably.

The salary is dependent on experience and will be discussed later down the line. There is also a 3:1 rotation on offer.

We can accept Chief Stew candidates only or Chief Stews partnered with a Chief Engineer.

We are looking for a really lovely Chief Stew for this 50m+ SY. This is a really exciting programme for the right person or couple. As Chief Stew you will be responsible for guest service, liaising with the owner and guests, preparing pre-dinner drinks. The Chief Stew role is seen as a critical role on the boat, she will have the skills to create a harmonious environment with the happy owner, guests and crew.

We are looking for someone to build exceptional relationships with the owners, guests and crew and race crew that will be based around this programme. Although this is not a race boat you will be working as the mother ship during a race program. Chief Stew will lead by example and encourage others to be positive and helpful team players. Encouraging everyone to work together to ensure the boat has a professional, positive and happy vibe, help others (ie Chef, Deck) to succeed by sharing insights on the owners/guest preferences and coming up with ideas to wow the guests and create intimate dining experiences along with fun experiences on board. We want someone to go the extra mile, get creative.

Key skills will be:

  • Taking the lead on interior decorations/flower and table arrangements
  • Set daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
  • Managing contractors
  • Organise events and parties, ie Regatta parties on-board or on land
  • Manage inventories, provisioning, uniform purchase for the race program
  • Dealing with shipyard contractors on Interior
  • Positive, can-do attitude, personable, smiley

We are currently looking for a Chief Stewardess to join a private & charter 56m Sailing Yacht at the end of March. The vessel is currently based in the Med but is a dual season vessel and has a pretty exciting itinerary ahead of them.

As Chief Stewardess you must have at least two years experience in a similar role, Sailing and charter experience is an absolute must. We are looking for someone who is a strong leader, the interior runs with a team of three so you will be in charge of overseeing and training the two Stews below you. This is a busy boat so you must be confident with managing the interior and have excellent housekeeping and service skills

Sole Stewardess

We are looking for a Sole/Chief Stewardess to join a 30m+ Sailing Yacht that is currently in the Caribbean. As Sole/Chief Stew, you will have help from a Deck/Stew below you but you must be fully confident with managing the interior by yourself at times.

Experience wise, you must have at least a couple of seasons under your belt in a similar position and have been exposed to all the areas of the interior. You will have a good all-round knowledge with the ability to manage your time efficiently and be willing to help others out so you can all clock off early.

The boat will spend time between the Caribbean and the US, so a B1/B2 visa in hand would be ideal.

We are looking for a Russian speaking Cook/Stewardess to join a private 28m Motor Yacht for the summer season.

You will be in charge of all housekeeping and interior duties as well as service and cooking. Ideally, you will have at least 2 seasons experience and have a passion for cooking homemade, Russian or Ukraine cuisine and occasionally Mediterranean dishes that are simple and tasty. The owners often dine out in the evening but you will always be cooking and serving for Breakfast and lunch. 

This position will start on the 1st April and has the potential to turn into a permanent position.

We are looking for a Stewardess to join a 50m Motor Yacht. You must have valid STCW, Schengen (if Nationality requires one) and B1B2 visa, an ENG1 or Marshall Islands equivalent and Security Awareness. English mother tongue is important and at least 1 year's previous experience is required. Salary offered is $2,500 USD - $3000,00 depending on experience with 6 days leave earned per month (72 days leave per year) this leave will be granted on a 4:1 rotation basis with full salary paid throughout with return economy class air tickets to nominated repatriation port, for each rotation leave period. We are looking for a female non-smoker with no visible tattoo's. The position is to start on 28th Jan - 1st February 2020 in the Caribbean. Expect Worldwide traveling with an exciting program.
