We are looking for a male Sole Chef to join a 50m Motor Yacht in the South of France. You will be required to start before 9th September to ensure a handover with the outgoing Chef. The boat is purely private and shall be spending the remainder of the season around the vicinity of Monaco. Plans for the winter are still being finalised so there is potential for the position to become permanent. The owners enjoy Italian/Mediterranean dishes, along with a little bit of Asian and some Russian-influenced meals too. There are a crew of 11 onboard and up to 12 guests too. We are looking for a Sole Chef to join a 28m Sailing Yacht for the winter season and beyond. You will be required to join the boat for a handover with the current Chef in October, before crossing to the Caribbean in November. The owner thoroughly enjoys food so we are looking for a candidate with a good repertoire in various cuisines. We are looking for a Sole Chef to join a 37m Sailing Yacht in the US immediately. The boat is private/charter and expecting a busy winter season. You will join the boat on the East Coast and see out the summer there before heading to the yard for a brief while. The boat will then head to the Caribbean for the winter and back to the East Coast for Summer 2020. You will need proven longevity as the boat is looking for someone to commit to the programme for the long run. Salary shall start at around 5000-5500USD and you MUST have your B1/B2 in hand. Deck / Engineer

COUPLE'S POSITION We are looking for an Engineer/Deck and Chef/Stew for a 27m expedition motor/sailor. We're after a well rounded couple who are keen on adventure and are strong team players. You'll be a crew of 4 total so a pitch in attitude is required. For the Engineer/Deck you'll need to hold your Yachtmaster Offshore and AEC as a minimum and have strong engineering knowledge and skills. You'll need to have solid watch keeping experience and ideally an ocean crossing under your belt. As for the Chef/Stew you'll need to balance your time between managing the interior and also cooking for both crew and guests. However, it will mainly just be cooking for crew but you must be comfortable providing a well presented and tasty 3 course meal for up to 8 guests maximum. Also being able to pitch in on deck would be a plus. Certificates must be up to date with visas in place. A B1/B2 will also be looked on favourably. Non smokers, no visible tattoos. We are looking for a Sole Chef to join a 35m Motor Yacht in a permanent capacity. You must be immediately available and in Europe as trials at the owner's residence shall commence next week. For the right person, the position shall be full-time and you will required to work at the owner's residence in the UK through the winter. Therefore, candidates with an EU passport shall take preference. The owner enjoys healthy, Mediterranean-style cuisine and you will need to be confident with different dietary requirements such as gluten and lacto-free. Dinner is usually plated but they also enjoy buffet-style, BBQs, canap?s etc. There are 8 crew in total and there will be up 10 guests. We are looking for someone outgoing and upbeat who is confident with guest interaction and has previous yacht experience. There is potential for the boat to go to the Caribbean next year and the boat will assist with a B1/B2 visa if needed. Salary will be 4500EUR+, dependent on experience. First Mate

CC3678 - 27.00 metre Sailing Yacht

UNIQUE COUPLE'S POSITION: We are looking for a FIRST MATE and a CHEF for an Oyster 88. Private and Charter, the vessel has an incredible itinerary lined up from the Pacific to the Arctic.

For the Mate position - you will need to hold your Yacht Master Offshore (commercially endorsed) but Yacht Master Ocean (commercially endorsed) is strongly preferred. Regatta experience will be required as you will be assisting with race crew management, programme planning and execution. You'll need to be self sufficient and be an excellent problem solver. Strong sailing knowledge, sound engineering skills and excellent maintenance experience is also required as the boat will be going off the beaten track. Water-sports licenses will also be looked upon favourably.

For the Chef position you will need to be able to cook for both Owners and Charter guests and provide a wide repertoire of dishes, working with what is available to you in the various locations. You'll need to be able to provide a high standard of food and tailor your menu to guest preferences. Organisation will also be key - with menu planning and provisioning being paramount when you'll only have certain opportunities to get the ingredients you would like. You'll need to be inventive and work with what you have to provide enjoyable meals.
